Nigel Walsh

Nigel is the Global Head of Insurance at ServiceNow, responsible for leading the company's strategy and GTM for Insurance. He supports organizations in their use and adoption of the ServiceNow platform to support the end-to-end insurance value chain, from underwriting and service to claims. Nigel has contributed to a number of books on Insurtech and AI and in 2024 was recognized 6th on the Insurance Post Power 50 and Top voice in Finance.

Prior to ServiceNow, Nigel led Global Insurance for Google Cloud based out New York, was a member of the CapitalG Advisory Board, Served as a Partner at Deloitte, where he led on a number of areas for the firm, including Global Future of Insurance and Global InsurTech – all focused on supporting the global insurance market. He remains steadfast with his personal mission to #makeinsurancelovable.
