General Manager Arabian Adventures & Meetings, Incentives and Events
Alongside a strong passion and drive for the MICE industry Justine has more than 25 years’ experience in the events sector, first in her native Australia where she worked at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre delivering international conventions and special events for clients. She also worked for a range of clients including Gartner, SAP, and Queensland Tourism before moving to Dubai to join Arabian Adventures as Head of Meetings Incentives and Events in 2008.
Since then Justine has helped build and expand the MICE division, which now creates and delivers more than 200 events a year for high-profile brands like Cisco Systems, Bentley, and Apple, and led her team to win 2 Crystal Awards for Excellence in Incentive Travel, the highest honour in the meetings, incentives and events sector.
