As Chief Executive Officer of Naandi Water, Anoop leads a young social enterprise that has set the rails to become the first sustainable community-based safe drinking water platform.
Currently Naandi Water impacts the lives of over 500,000 people in over 400 villages in India. In 2009, Naandi Water joined as Chief Operations Officer which has played a key role in morphing significant parts of the portfolio into multiple social enterprises. Currently the Foundation leads a flagship initiative with the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, helping run 28 English medium schools impacting over 12,000 children.
In 2013, along with the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, he co-created first of its kind social enterprise to provide after school support to poor children in urban India impacting over a 1000 children through 50 community learning centres.
Formerly, more than 15 years with the Ritz-Carlton, Deloitte, Genpact (GE) and Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
