Co-founder and CEO of InfoDesignLab
Angela Morelli is an award winning Italian information designer based in Norway. She is the co-founder and CEO of InfoDesignLab, a socially-conscious information design firm that helps companies and organizations turn complex data into meaningful narratives, beautiful visions and understandable messages. From sustainability to social justice, from education to health, her goal is to co-design together with scientists and professionals to co-create engaging solutions that empower an audience to see patterns, make informed decisions and think systematically about a challenge.
Angela gained her MA in Information Design from Central St Martins in London. She previously gained a degree in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an MA in Industrial Design. She is a charismatic speaker, an Associate Lecturer at Central St Martins in London and a visiting lecturer at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. She has been jury member of the International Institute of Information Design Award, and along with philanthropist Paul Polak, ethologist Jane Goodall, water scientist Tony Allan, and other individuals committed to defend planetary ecosystems, she has been awarded Il Monito del Giardino Award in 2013. Angela was named a 2012 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
