Daniella Raffo is an education innovator and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across the private, public, and social sectors. In 2009, she co-founded EnseñaPerú – Peru’s Teach For All partner – to help transform learning in underserved communities. She later played a pivotal role in scaling the Innova Schools network, expanding access to high-quality, innovative education for thousands of students. As head of Aporta, a social impact lab, and then as leader of the Prime Minister's Public Innovation Lab, Daniella has led system-level innovations – from designing Volar, a digital early-childhood education program adopted by Peru’s Ministry of Development and Inclusion, to launching Gob.pe, the Peruvian government's single domain initiative and cornerstone of the national digital strategy. She currently spearheads Munai Education, building a platform of PreK-5 private schools that will blend academic excellence with cutting-edge innovation to prepare learners for the future. Daniella’s career reflects a commitment to innovation and education transformation at the school and system level.
Daniella holds a Master's in Business Administration from Stanford University, a Bachelors in Business from Universidad del Pacifico and is continuing to walk the talk as she pursues the Cultures of Thinking Program with Harvard University's Project Zero.
