Julie Ertz

Julie Ertz is an American soccer player who has been a member of the United States women’s national soccer team since 2013, as well as a member of the National Women’s Soccer League Chicago Red Stars since 2014. Julie helped the United States win both the 2015 and 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, and has been named the U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year in both 2017 and 2019. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University, where she was named U.S. Soccer Young Female Athlete of the Year, WCC Player of the Year, and an All-American.

In 2017, Julie married Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz, and the two started their family foundation together. The mission of the Ertz Family Foundation is to empower others by sharing faith, learning through sports, and advancing education to build supportive communities. Julie just recently helped lead Team USA to win a bronze medal at the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
