Felipe graduated in Business Administration (Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV), with a graduation course of Management & Sustainability (Fundação Dom Cabral) and of Global Competitiveness Leadership (Georgetown University).
He is former management consultant and he is currently the Director of Leadership Development and Strategic Partnerships at the Lemann Foundation, a social organization in Brazil that strives to make Brazil a more just and equitable place.
