Antonio Carbia

Antonio holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho - ELD (Mexico City) and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar and Founder of the Mexican Association of Students. He has been a professor of Human Rights for the past 7 years in the Masters in Constitutional Law at the ELD.

Antonio has worked most of his life in public service, having served as Chief of Staff to the President of Mexico´s Telecommunication Commission, Chief of Staff to the President of the Senate and Legal and public discourse advisor to the President of the National Electoral Tribunal, working always to develop a legal framework that strengthens Mexico´s Rule of Law, it's security institutions, it´s education and public health system at its national and subnational levels. 

Politically he has been involved in different legislative and government campaigns, where he has run for office as a deputy for the national Congress and Mayor of Miguel Hidalgo in Mexico City. He currently serves as a member of the National Counsel in Movimiento Ciudadano´s Party.
