Santiago Sena

Full Time Professor at IEEM Business School and Entrepreneur.

 Santiago Sena is an Argentine professor and entrepreneur. His first formal job was as a teacher, at age 19. From that moment onwards, he has remained deeply connected and committed to educational issues, having worked from primary school to postgraduate education, including educational policy design. 

 After finishing his degree in Philosophy, Santiago worked for several years in the public sector at the intersection of education, economic development and social integration. He pursued a PhD in Management (IAE Business School, Universidad Austral, Argentina), focused on the phenomenon of social entrepreneurship. These experiences shaped his vision.

 Since 2020, he works at IEEM Business School and leads the area of Human and Organizational Behaviour. He is founder of ASTRAHUMAN, a consultancy firm that helps people and organizations thrive by promoting better leadership styles and cultures. He has also co-founded BOOLZI, an AI company focused on optimizing the drug discovery and development cycle to help more medications reach patients at lower costs. 

"My purpose has always remained intact: to positively impact the life of others. I aimed to achieve this through ideas (Philosophy), Education (as a teacher and policy maker), working at the Public Sector (as public servant) and through Business (as an entrepreneur and consultant)".
