Best teaching approach for vacation

I would like to share a recent practice of mine, during this vacation🏖

Well, I teach for 3 to 5 grades in a very rural point, where so many doesn't possess minimum digital resources and many parents are in migration, where kids are not getting the complete support and affection from parents.

So, I thought of implementing Peer to Peer education , this is the most effective practice, we've been learning.

So, in this learning method, I've took the support of my former students and their parents, where some came forward to volunteer.👧👧

These volunteers are now conducting classes everyday for the children, who are having lack of support and engaging time in home.

I've been sharing daily worksheets📝 and **project works **to the volunteers, who are having mobiles, so that they're helping their peers in completing daily tasks.

This vacation would be another milestone for my journey in that village, as I'm expecting this would give better results after reopening schools.

In this method, we're following recitation📖, verbal practice sessions,🪅 arts and crafts session, ****discussions**🗣️,games too🥎. Which are **low cost no cost **for volunteers.

And the duration of the time is very less, so that kids doesn't feel it like a school again.By my first day, I'm getting amazing response in this practice.

where in rural areas kids are not allowed to interact with other castes or religions, but this practice doesn't have that issues, because the kids here are from multiple castes and📲 I communicated with the parents for not showing such things before education.

So, they respected my word and the planning too. Hope, it's a big success .

At the end, I planned to provide a **honorarium for the volunteer students for their hardwork**💵 in this vacation, where I can support them for more events like this and also providing appreciation certificates 📜📯for the actively participated students too.
