Magic in the Classroom: Students from "Krste Petkov Misirkov" Learn English with Straws and Flour
At the primary school Krste Petkov Misirkov – Radovish, learning English has taken on a whole new meaning. In one inspiring and creative lesson, students explored the letters of the English alphabet with joy, curiosity, and a touch of childhood magic – not through notebooks and textbooks, but with straws and flour.
A soft layer of white flour appeared on the desks. In their hands – straws. And in their hearts – excitement. The students gently blew through the straws and “drew” letters, bringing the English alphabet to life through creativity, play, and movement. This technique not only stimulated their motor skills and concentration but also created a deep emotional connection to the learning process.
“We were writing with our breath – like breathing life into each letter,” said one child, describing the magic of the experience.
True education doesn't happen only through words – it happens through experience. When a lesson becomes a game, when desks turn into discovery stations, then knowledge becomes lasting.
This activity is yet another proof that here, students are not just learning English – they are learning with love, creativity, and vision. From Krste Petkov Misirkov – Radovish comes a powerful message: learning can be beautiful when you give it soul.
