Snow doesn't always make you cold... you will warm up with this story
Snow break | Muş, Turkey
Snow break | Muş, Turkey

Muş, the city of my children with red cheeks, cracked hands from the cold, parched voices, ocean eyes, and warming smiles with their smiles...

My first assignment is…

Eşmepınar village…

In December, we go to school with the teacher shuttle. Our assigned manager friend, who is affectionate, humorous and as young as us, says that snow holidays have been declared in other districts.

We whine like children, saying, "Oh, teacher, why don't we have one?"

After we arrive at school and start classes, a while passes and maybe on the 3rd course, I receive a message from our course director. "Snow break"

As I said, he is young and energetic like us...

Our school consists of 2 separate blocks. I announced it on my own blog, I immediately knocked on the doors and told them to send the children home during the holiday... I ran to the principal's office and opened the doors of all the classrooms so that he could hear the news from me first, and gave the good news to everyone that it was holiday children to go home...

Then I went up to our manager's office on the top floor and started smiling at our manager... He smiled back at me...

I said, “I sent the children, Master.”

Suddenly the manager's eyes widened and he said "what?"

You said " it's a holiday, teacher, send everyone hom...." Before I could finish my sentence, our manager ran out of his room...

It turns out that he was going to play a joke on me and was waiting for me to answer after saying "Snow Holiday"...

The last thing I remember was that our director of scenery was calling out to the students who were scattering everywhere like puppies, to bring them back….
