I have completed a Masters degree in English subject and I am a Graduate teacher at Nutan Marathi School No.5, Rahuri Municipal, Rahuri, Dist. Ahmednagar, State - Maharashtra.

I enjoy being a teacher in a rural area and I am passionate about giving children new ideas. I started to think about introducing technology in my teaching around 2014. Then going through availability and access to technology, I have achieved new techniques in teaching which really helped students and parents in order to increase their presence in school and interest of students to learn.

I developed new teaching-learning processes that SMS Interface, started E-learning, created a website, created a YouTube channel, developed an Android App, created QR codes, and participated MIE.

I started an SMS Interface to send daily SMS to parents about homework via SMS Software. As a result of the SMS Interface we as teachers could easily reach parents which helped to raise their involvement in their child's education and we could achieve 100% presence of students and completion of their homework too.

Further, there was a problem with the lack of computers in school, I purchased an old laptop from the market and using that laptop, I started E-learning in my class to show educational videos, PPT's presentations, document files, educational audio clips, which could help me tremendously to increase content variety.

Learning among students with the help of the second hand laptop brought from the market, I created my school website, a YouTube channel, developed an android app, and created QR codes to my educational videos.

In this way, I could contribute to the Techsavvy movement.

I always give support to my Block. Working as Master Trainer for SARAL / MDM and online works.

As a result of my Techsavvyers use of technology, I thought I could help many colleagues, teachers, and friends in order to develop student's education so I created the state level Lady Teachers whats app group.

As a result of this WhatsApp group, they requested me to host workshops for the work I did at my school so I managed to take different workshops and trained some teachers for the same cause and started working as a resource person and master trainer at different levels.

Then on virtue of all this work, I participated and was selected as MIE Experts since 2018.

All this work was appreciated by different institutions, print media and electronics media, Edu. experts organisations, state government education department and for the work I could achieve.

The work and facts that I have revealed to you have very positive results and impact on the school and the community by increasing the presence of students, their interest in learning their education development, participation of rural parents in their childs education and along with increased school admissions.

Being passionate about children's education, I have goals. 

My Goals

• Learn everything - this is a goal I will do forever, as Technology continues to expand

Bringing every woman Teacher into the techno-savvy movement -  by this I mean, as part of a system, I want to add value and continue to deliver what I gained.

• Every woman teacher should learn technology, which will be helpful in making digital Schools.

• Through Skype, I want each and every student to virtually travel and visit all countries.

These GOALS are very important to ME.
