Students of Global Teacher Prize 2019 top 50 shortlisted Katarina Veljković’s First Kragujevac High School are the first to get the opportunity to study neuroscience in class thanks to the Makers Lab program, and she said: “Our specialized mathematics, informatics and biology department is for students interested in neuroscience, the science of the future, so this is a great opportunity for us teachers to go through workshops, see what is useful for our classes and I hope that by the next school year we will be ready to create innovations”, via Serbia’s Netokracija
