Tatyana Beloussova, a Master Teacher at State School-Lyceum No. 95 in Almaty, Kazakhstan, is a distinguished educator and a global ambassador for innovative science education. With a career spanning over four decades, she has taught more than 220,000 students, many of whom have gone on to become doctors, chemists, engineers, and educators worldwide. Recognized as the National Teacher Prize Kazakhstan 2024 winner, Belousova has also earned accolades including the “Uzdik Pedagog” Olympiad (2025), membership in the master teachers’ group “Pedagogical Olympus” (2023), and victories in international competitions such as the “Best Lesson Presentation” at Lomonosov Moscow State University (2013–2015).
Beloussova is a leading force in digital education. She is the author of chemistry and natural science textbooks widely used in Kazakhstan, and the driving force behind the YouTube channels “Mektep OnLine. Chemistry” and “Skill Jet. Chemistry.” These platforms provide over 1,000 lessons in Russian, Kazakh, and English, reaching more than 181,000 subscribers and viewers in 64 countries. Her lessons have amassed nearly 20 million views and received a YouTube Silver Play Button in 2022. Notably, her content has been vital for students with disabilities, children in remote areas, and those affected by crises, including war zones, offering equitable access to quality education.
