Her recognition as a Microsoft Innovative Education Expert, a Ministry Certified Trainer, and receiving the Mohammed Bin Zayed Award for Best GCC Teacher highlight her contributions to the teaching profession.

One of her most notable innovations is the “Promising Technology” initiative to develop technological and future skills among first and second year students. She was also a pioneer in inventing an interactive prayer rug to teach students how to perform prayers in a fun and engaging way, which increased her creativity in integrating technology with education. Her contributions to innovation have been recognized with intellectual property rights from the Ministry of Economy and she received the “From Leadership to Innovation” award, first place in the UAE.

Moza Mohammed Rashid’s influence extends to the community. Over the past three years, she has collected more than 1,500 volunteer hours, participated in environmental campaigns, cultural activities and charitable works.
