A new initiative to reduce the educational gap in first, second and third grades of primary school is the latest in a program promoted by the Varkey Foundation to strengthen ties between ministers and secretaries of Education in Latin America, exchange and inspire ideas and generate meetings with strategic educational actors to positively transform education at the regional level, reports Mexico’s Quadratin Veracruz.
