The general director of the Barcelona Free Zone Consortium (CZFB), Blanca Sorigué, and the director of Talent Factory, Juan Castilla, have signed a collaboration agreement between both organizations this Monday to promote entrepreneurship among young people.
The agreement establishes the incorporation of the CZFB into the 2026 edition of Talent Factory, and reinforces the collaboration that both entities have maintained in recent years, they explain in a joint statement this Monday.
Sorigué highlighted that the agreement is an example of the harmony built between the CZFB and Talent Factory in recent years around a common goal, which is "to promote young talent and generate new opportunities for the future."
Castilla, for his part, has stated that the alliance is an "important boost" in the Talent Factory's objective of connecting young talent with the business world and new professional opportunities.
Talent Factory develops local and regional programs for participants to work on their business initiatives alongside mentors from the business community, and offers the winning team the opportunity to travel to Silicon Valley to visit "one of the most important innovation ecosystems in the world".
