To prepare students for an ever-changing world, we must rethink how we recruit, train, and support educators. The future of education depends on knowledge-driven professionals who can empower students to develop innovative solutions to challenges beyond their making.
We need to invest equally in a knowledge society, meaning we recruit, train and retain the requisite knowledge workers who will help students distinguish fact from fiction and devise creative solutions to problems they did not create.
