Fernando Daniel De Lucio Villalobos

Fernando Daniel de Lucio Villalobos lives in Mexico City. Before deciding to study at home, at the age of nine, he had already been to six schools without finding his place in any of them. He was hyperactive, had attention deficits, but at the same time could learn very quickly.

He started home schooling at the age of 9 with some hesitation, but with love he was able to begin to progress at his own pace. In time he began to participate in science and radio programmes and in various activities related to the defence of human rights and the environment, launching his own campaign against the disappearance of children and adolescents, an issue he has studied in particular.

At the age of 13, he started a degree at university. He is currently studying Law at UNAM and Communication and Digital Media at UVM. In December 2023, he hopes to graduate as the youngest communicologist in Mexico.

Fernando believes that every person has the power to improve the world through their creativity and innovation. That is why he promotes the inclusion of everyone: people with disabilities, the elderly, indigenous people, Afro-Mexicans, women, children and adolescents. All of them - Fernando believes - are indispensable agents of change for their communities.

In his short but intense career, Fernando has managed to ask a question to the president of Mexico in his daily lecture and even have his own radio programme called "Protagonists of Change", where he promotes the culture of peace, human rights and environmental care.
