Prepare & prevent instead of repair & repent.
We have organised a talk by the traffic police and the Senior police office on road safety. In the month of January Road Safety Week is celebrated. Due to various events exams and appointments, we celebrated in the month of February.
Traffic police explained to the children about the safety rules and regulations. They told about the -
ROAD SAFETY TIPS
1 Don't use mobile phone while driving
2 Belt up in the back
3 Slow down
4 Watch out for your kids
5 Take frequent breaks especially in long travels)
6 Observe other road users (use your mirrors regularly)
7 Keep proper distance
We had slogans, posters on the walls related to traffic rules and essays on Road Safety.
